We’re officially shaking off the last of the chilly vibes and leaning into the “almost-summer” spirit for this month’s Dinner with Dean. Our host and curator, Dean Pierose, has been raiding the cellar for those bright, patio-ready gems that make you forget it ever snowed in Salt Lake.
Expect a night of effortless hospitality, seasonal flavors, and Dean’s signature pour-and-tell stories. It’s the usual drill—great wine, better company, and a table that feels like home. Let’s toast to the season (and hope the weather cooperates).
