Dear Cucina family,
It should come as no surprise to you that we are diligently following CDC, federal, state and local Health Dept. guidelines for keeping ahead of COVID-19. The safety of employees and guests is, and has always been, our #1 priority.
With this in mind, we would like to remind you all that we have increased our already stringent cleaning routines - cleaning every surface (including our laminated deli menus and pens) after each use with a sanitary bleach solution, and remind our crews regularly that there is no such thing as too much hand washing.
We also require any employee to stay home if they are feeling under the weather or have come into contact with someone who is ill.
We will continue to remain vigilant and closely monitor CDC and local Health Dept. guidelines and recommendations to contain the spread of the virus. We know it’s tough to feel at ease in a time like this, so come visit us, and we promise to help you take your mind off things with a stellar meal to take home to eat in the safety of your own home.
Even though we might not shake your hand, or give you a hug, know it’s certainly not because we don’t want to.
Keep calm, wash your hands, and eat great food from your locally-owned restaurant,
Dean, Chef Joey and the Cucina Team
Our new To-Go concept really concerned us due to the substantially increased usage of single use containers. We take this subject very seriously, so made sure to source products that were recyclable, reusable, or compostable.
Rest assured that all of our containers fit this bill ~ even the straws and cold drink cups ~ which are plant based!
